2025 Annual Meeting

Members and friends of the Compass Rose Society gathered in London on October 21–22, 2025, for a time of prayer, learning, and shared mission. The Annual General Meeting brought together members from across the Anglican Communion to strengthen relationships, celebrate ministry, and renew our commitment to supporting the work of the Archbishop of Canterbury and the Anglican Communion Office.

Special guests included:

  • The Most Rev. Stephen Cottrell, Archbishop of York

  • The Rt. Revd and Rt. Hon. Dame Sarah Mullally, Archbishop-designate of Canterbury

  • The Rt. Rev. Anthony Poggo, Secretary General of the Anglican Communion

  • The Rt. Rev. Daniel Gutiérrez, President of the Compass Rose Society and Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Pennsylvania

Over two days at One Whitehall Place in London, attendees shared in worship, reflection, and conversation—highlighted by reports from across the Communion, a dinner with Archbishop Cottrell, and a special address from Archbishop-designate Dame Sarah Mullally on the mission and unity of the global Church.

The meeting concluded with a tour of the newly renovated Lambeth Palace Library, led by the Rev. Dylan Turner of the Lambeth staff.

We are deeply grateful to all who joined us in London and to those who continue to support the Society’s mission of unity through prayer, relationship, and giving.
